Returns & Exchanges

At Eastside Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped out.
